svn up qt-copy...

...and only 1 hour, 35 minutes later it was finished! Enough said.
Update (disambiguation): svn via https took the time, not the compiling itself :-)

Took it only 5 seconds to bail out here ;-)

cd /home/kde4/kdesvn/build/qt-copy/src/tools/moc && /usr/bin/make sub-src
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/kde4/kdesvn/build/qt-copy/src/tools/moc'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `sub-src'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/kde4/kdesvn/build/qt-copy/src/tools/moc'
make: *** [sub-moc-sub_src_target-ordered] Error 2

Now for finding out what's wrong...

(kdesvn-build just didn't run configure automatically - no idea why)

Why does qt-copy take so long to update? Is it something to do with https: ? It's pretty annoying...

@lmcboy: I have no idea, but I've heard that svn via https is rather slow. But that it's *that* slow is really annoying indeed.

wow. did it get a massive speed boost recently? when I last tried I left it on overnight and it was still going in the morning. gave up then. snapshot link didn't work. installed Qt4 from distro packages instead. kdelibs was the same situation; snapshot link worked, came at approx. 0 KB/s. ended up having markey tar it up and send it to me. that took ~20min to upload, and about a minute for me to download. compile fails in kwallet. haven't yet gathered the stamina to figure that one out.
